PERMANENT/PART TIME (contracted)
6 hours per week – on a two-week rota as below
(flexibility to cover absence/holidays: including days, weekends, Bank Holidays and evenings)
£3,809.44 (£23,809 pa FTE)
Rota:
Week 1: Sun 12pm-6pm
Week 2: Sat 8am-2pm

You will be the first point of contact for visitors to the building – the friendly face of Firstsite. Welcoming and engaging visitors. Responding to visitor enquiries in person, by telephone and by email. Working with a close-knit team, not only supporting the Duty Managers, administration and retail areas, but also the wider business as required.
The Front of House role has a significant amount of manual handling, IT work, visitor interaction (positive and welcoming but also handling issues as they arise) and financial accountability.
