Making your visit safe

In response to feedback from our visitors and our team, along with the latest official advice, we have a number of measures in place to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. We also offer free testing to all our staff.

Please note that in line with Government announcements, these guidelines may be subject to change at any point.

Arriving at Firstsite

There is no need to book, however our team carefully monitor the number of visitors in the building. Our welcome desk has Perspex screens in place.

 

Inside our building

We clean exhibition spaces daily.

Hand sanitising stations are provided throughout the building.

Toilets

Our toilets are cleaned and monitored throughout the day.

Shop & Welcome Desk

Perspex screens are in place at the shop till and our Welcome desk to protect you and our team.

Hand sanitiser is available to use at the Welcome Desk and upon entry to the Shop.

Café

Enjoy our outdoor balcony, or relax inside in our light and airy restaurant.

Cinema

Where possible we offer socially distanced screenings of popular films, these are highlighted in the description of the screening on our webpages.

The cleanliness of the Cinema is continuously monitored

Venue Hire

Our hire spaces are cleaned between each booking. Anyone attending a third party event will be required to follow our hire spaces guidelines.
