In this recorded talk Rachel Joyce, the award-winning author of Sunday Times and international bestsellers including ‘The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry’ and ‘Perfect’, discusses how the landscape plays an inspirational and important role in her writing, with Professor Susan Oliver – Faculty Dean Research (Humanities) at University of Essex.
Rachel Joyce’s essay ‘A Writer’s Impression’ was commissioned for the Firstsite publication ‘Denis Wirth-Miller: Landscapes and Beasts’ which coincides with the exhibition of the same name.
