This traditional Yang Style 24 step Tai-Chi is taught on a continuous basis and learners will develop through the form, learning additional steps each week.
It is therefore most beneficial for learners to join the class at the start of a new term.
Led by an experienced Tai-Chi instructor Lu Yu, and hosted in the spacious Studios.
