Barista Cafe Supervisor
£20,085 gross per annum, pro rata
PERMANENT – 22.5 HOURS PER WEEK Flexible but to include weekends and some evenings
Firstsite is a contemporary visual arts organisation based in a stunning, award winning Gallery in Colchester, Essex. Since opening in 2011, Firstsite has welcomed over a million visitors.
Firstsite has established its reputation for being an art Gallery of regional and national importance especially through its work bringing internationally significant artworks to very diverse audiences. Firstsite have recently been awarded Art Fund’s Museum of the Year.
We are looking to appoint a Barista Café Supervisor.
You will be responsible for managing all daily aspects of the Café to ensure the smooth running of the café and events catering.
You will focus on delivering exceptional customer services to all customers, ensuring all can access this high level of service.
