Catering Services Chef

Colchester, Essex
£22,500 gross per annum, pro rata

PERMANENT – 22.5 HOURS PER WEEK

Initially Mon/Wed/Sun but with flexibility to work weekends, evenings, school and bank holidays as required

 

We are looking to appoint a Catering Services Chef. The hours will be around 22.5 hours per week but there may be scope to be flexible around this.

The Catering Services Chef will be assisting in overseeing and directing all aspects of the day to day operation of the kitchen.

This is a varied role, you will be providing catering services for our Café, our Holiday Fun programme, events and hires and also working with the local community.


With the Catering Services Manager, you will develop and produce an imaginative and deliverable menu, appropriate to the venue and visitor profile, with the focus on fresh, seasonal and where possible local ingredients, ensuring the highest standards of food hygiene, service, and health and safety procedures.
