Arts Council Collection My name is not Refugee

To coincide with the exhibition ‘My name is not refugee’, Firstsite are hosting this poignant short film online.

Symbolic of the journey of a refugee, a white plastic grocery bag is blown along the street by the wind. Caught behind fences and dragged along the ground, the bag rolls to the door of a new home.
