Increase your flexibility, improve your balance and help lower your stress and anxiety, with relaxing sessions of Tai-Chi at Firstsite.
This traditional Yang Style 24 step Tai-Chi is taught on a continuous basis and learners will develop through the form, learning new steps each week. It is therefore most beneficial for learners to join the class at the start of a new term. If you are interested in attending a trial session, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Led by an experienced Tai-Chi instructor Lu Yu, and hosted in the spacious Studios.
This session is suitable for all abilities, but is aimed at beginners.
