Joe Cross is the chief law-enforcement officer of this sleepy fictional town. Frustrated by lockdown rules and perhaps his lack of power he decides to run to enter the mayoral race.
His opponent the current mayor in office Ted Garcia. The two begin a fierce campaign fuelled by rising tensions, misinformation and conspiracy theories, causing fractures in their small community.
