We want you to enjoy your visit to Firstsite, we offer a range of facilities but our team are always happy to help with any further requirements, please contact us or visit our welcome desk on arrival should you require any further assistance or information.
Firstsite is situated on street level with step-free, level access throughout. A wheelchair is available (on a first come, first served basis). Our cinema has four wheelchair spaces and the front row also has step-free access.
Assistance dogs are welcome.
Personal Assistants are offered a free ticket for any session when accompanying a person with disabilities.
Four accessible parking bays are available next to the Firstsite entrance.
These are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Please telephone our welcome desk on 01206 216 700 when planning your visit so we can ensure easy access.
Assistance dogs are welcome throughout the building.
We have two baby changing units which are located in the blue and yellow accessible toilets.
You can leave coats and luggage in the cloakroom behind our reception desk. A £1 donation is much appreciated.
There are first aid boxes located around the building and our Duty Managers are trained in Emergency First Aid.
Food and Drink
Refreshments are available in the café located in the entrance of the building. Please don’t take food or drink into the exhibition spaces.
Hard of Hearing
Hearing loops are accessible in our cinema, meeting rooms and learning spaces. Assistance dogs are welcome.
We also offer Hard of Hearing screenings of a range of films.
