Dance and Movement for Well-being

Our Dance and Movement for Well-being are gentle sessions for over 60s to ease joint mobility, improve agility, balance and self-awareness in movement.
These classes involve relaxed movements such as chair yoga, dancing and self-massages to ease the muscles and tensions.
Each session is led and planned by Lucy Teed, fully qualified Dance and Movement Practitioner and Holistic Massage Therapist.
Lucy engages with everyone to ensure that the pace, music and skills is enjoyed. Activities in each session are also diversified every couple of weeks, with contributions from participants welcomed.
Attending our Dance and Movement for Well-being session is also a great way to meet other people. Some attendees meet up for a drinks and light snacks before or after in our café.
Our café’s offers a wide selection of delicious snacks, cakes and light meals, along with hot and cold drinks which can be purchased to enjoy during your workshop.
