Cutting, ripping, tearing, glueing – collage is a fun and creative activity that is accessible to everyone and it’s back!
Not only is it an environmentally friendly way to make art, it is a great way to clear your mind, focus on the present, unwind and have a light lunch in the company of others.
Local Colchester artist Lucy McBrayne will guide you through the process of creating your own original still life collage using old magazines, books, photographs, fabrics, wrapping paper and greetings cards.
The group is small which creates a friendly, relaxing and cosy environment to craft and have a light lunch together.
Expect lots of colour, lots of fun – even those with no experience will amaze themselves! Go home with a unique and quirky collage you have made and plenty of inspiration.
Basic materials provided, but feel free to bring your own. No experience necessary, just enthusiasm! For ages 16+.
A light lunch will also be provided at our café!
