Our bright, modern studios in the heart of Colchester are available for hire, filled with natural light and designed for flexibility.
Our studios offer two versatile spaces that can also be converted into one space for larger events, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto our D lawn – a stunning green outdoor space.
Hire our studios for fairs, music events, community gatherings, larger meetings, creative workshops, pop-up galleries, photoshoots, exercise sessions, or group therapy sessions.
Our studios can also be transformed into a stylish function suite for banquets, AGMs, awards ceremonies, celebrations and Christmas parties. When combined, both studios can accommodate up to 150 people depending on the layout.
Add extra impact with our nearby Meeting Rooms and the spacious outdoor D Lawn – perfect for breakout sessions, networking, or open-air activities.
