Late Lounge Cancellation and Refund Policy
If a Late Lounge event is cancelled or the lineup is changed, customers are entitled to a full refund for the face value of the ticket and any associated booking fees paid.
If a Late Lounge event is rescheduled, customer tickets will automatically be moved to the new date. If the customer is unable to attend the new date, they should contact our team on 01206 713700 or email [email protected] to receive a full refund for the face value of the ticket and any associated booking fees paid.
If a customer is no longer able to attend a Late Lounge event, there is no refund.
