Making a payment
When making a payment, please let us know by emailing [email protected], or include a cover letter with a cheque. Please include:
- The full name and last address of the person who has left the gift.
- The gift amount.
- When any bank transfer was made.
Pay by bank transfer
To pay a gift in a Will to Firstsite by bank transfer, please use the following details:

Reference: Please use the reference – LEGACY/lastname of the deceased.
Pay by cheque

Pay a percentage of an estate
If the gift is a percentage share of an estate, please also send us a copy of the Will and final estate accounts to ensure that we have a record of these for our auditing requirements.
We will then be able to provide you with our formal receipt for your executor records.

Inheritance Tax
As a registered charity, Firstsite is usually exempt from Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax and some aspects of Income Tax.
