In Good Fortune a struggling man gets his life swapped with his wealthy friend by a mystical force, turning both their lives upside-down.
He inherits his friend’s lavish lifestyle, while while his friend experiences his financial hardships.
Arj, a struggling documentary editor, juggles endless low-paying jobs and sleepless nights in his car, while wealthy tech entrepreneur Jeff enjoys a life of luxury, complete with designer gadgets and indulgent excess.
When celestial guardian Gabriel (Keanu Reeves) decides to teach them both a lesson, he magically swaps their lives, believing each will learn the value of the other’s existence.
But when Arj realises that wealth really does make life easier, he refuses to switch back, setting off a hilarious and chaotic chain of events that tests fate, privilege, and what ‘Good Fortune’ really means.
