“Win a Firstsite Business Creativity Bundle” Competition – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter: The competition is organised by Firstsite, located at Firstsite, Lewis Gardens, High Street, Colchester, Essex, CO1 1JH.
2. Eligibility: The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and volunteers of Firstsite and their immediate families.
3. Entry Requirements: To enter, complete a Firstsite Business Creativity Bundle survey and sign up for the Firstsite mailing list.

• Only one entry per person is permitted.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
• The competition will be advertised at the Festival of Business: Building a Greater Essex event at Chelmsford City Racecourse at the Firstsite stall.

1. Competition Period: The competition opens at 9:00 am GMT on Wednesday, 5 November 2025, and closes at 11:59 pm GMT on Wednesday, 5 November 2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
2. Prize: The winner will receive the following:

• A Firstsite Tote Bag (to be collected at the Firstsite Shop, Lewis Gardens, High Street, Colchester, Essex, CO1 1JH)
• 2 free tickets to a standard film at Firstsite Cinema
• 2 free tickets to an art workshop at Firstsite (up to £30 per person, £60 total for two people)
• 25% off venue hire at Firstsite for a booking made by the winner’s own business or employer

The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are non-transferable. In the event that a prize is unavailable, Firstsite reserves the right to substitute it with another of equal or greater value without notice.

1. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received during the competition period. The winner will be announced on Tuesday, 11 November 2025, via the email address provided in the survey.

The winner will receive:

• Confirmation of their prize (for collecting the tote bag and applying the venue hire discount)
• Promo codes for booking their cinema and workshop tickets

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Firstsite reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

7. Prize Redemption Deadline: The prize must be redeemed by 31 March 2026. After this date, the prize will be forfeited.

1. Data Protection: Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
2. General: Firstsite reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
3. Governing Law: This competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
4. Acceptance of Terms: By participating in this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
