This event will be the first opportunity for the public to view or buy Richard Taylor’s twenty second instructional art book, with several of the original paintings on view.

Richard will be at Firstsite from mid-afternoon onwards to speak with people and answer any questions that they may have regarding the book and its contents.

Books will be available to purchase from the Firstsite shop.

About the author

Richard Taylor is a well-known watercolourist, teacher, and popular author, recognised for his expertise in teaching and step-by-step demonstrations of watercolour painting techniques. He has written a series of introductory watercolour books that provide practical guidance on painting landscapes, architecture, and the natural world.
