Arkie (voiced by Jillian Nguyen), a goth octopus lives with her loving father, shrouded in darkness, on the Peninsula of the City of Lights. They help plants to recover their electricity, restoring balance to the world.
Her idyllic life is disrupted, when a beam of light bursts into the sky and her father is suddenly kidnapped.
With the help of the friends she makes along the way, Arkie must overcome her fears and travel to the mysterious city of light, save her father from a dangerous scientist and prevent the destruction of her planet!
