Cinema

The Tale of Silyan is inspired by the folk tale of the boy Siljan, who after a quarrel with his father turns into a stork and leaves home!

The film is a story about relationships, a farmer, a white stork and navigating a life of loneliness and poverty.

‘This sly, delightful film is neither a pure documentary nor a work of fiction.’ –  The Guardian  ★★★★☆
