Café Supervisor (contracted and casual roles)

Colchester, Essex

PERMANENT (Contracted) – 12.5 HOURS PER WEEK

£24,186.49 gross per annum – 8,062.16 pro rata

Saturday (Foyer Café) 9:30am – 3:00pm (no break) and

Sunday (Berryfield Café) 10:30am – 6:00pm (including 30min unpaid break)

 

CASUAL – ZERO HOURS

£12.41ph (£24,186.49 FTE)

Flexible hours: including days, weekends, Bank Holidays and evenings

Flexibility is required to cover any shift when other Supervisors are absent

 

We are looking to appoint Café Supervisors – permanent and casual.  You will be responsible for managing all daily aspects of the Café to ensure the smooth running of the café and events catering.

You will focus on delivering exceptional customer services to all customers, ensuring all can access this high level of service.

Please note:  Where we are advertising for Casual Workers you should be aware that this is not the same work arrangement as with contracted employees.  There are no set roles or hours/days of work.  Shifts may be offered to you on an “ad hoc” basis, as and when there is a requirement for work to be done.  You are free to accept or decline such offers of work.  You are not guaranteed any or a minimum level of work and we are under no obligation to offer you further or particular periods of work.
