Online Studio: Terms and Conditions

By submitting a post to Firstsite’s Online Studio, you agree to the following:

• All submitted posts are sent to the Firstsite team for approval and publishing. Posts may take up to 5 working days to appear. We reserve the right to not post any content that does not meet the following criteria:

– The content/artwork must be entirely your own, and must not feature third party material.

– If third party material is submitted, you must have obtained permission from the rights holder and include evidence of this in your submission.

– Content must not contain anything defamatory, illegal, infringing, hateful, obscene or offensive, in its themes, imagery or language.

• It is to our discretion whether we decide to approve any submitted content, including that which we deem inappropriate or irrelevant.

• We may share your work in the public realm for marketing purposes, including for press, print and social media. We may identify you by your Online Studio username, and use any of the content you submitted for these purposes.

•  Your original content files may be cropped, edited, manipulated or adapted for marketing purposes.

• You acknowledge and agree that Firstsite has no liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of the use of your content in accordance with these terms to the extent permitted under applicable law.
