Venue Hire discount terms & conditions

Venue hire discounts are available exclusively to organisations registered as Firstsite Corporate Partners with an active monthly sponsorship at the level of Corporate Patron.
The discount cannot be transferred, assigned, or used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
1. Discount levels
Corporate Partners are entitled to receive up to 50% off standard venue hire rates.
At peak times – including but not limited to Friday evenings, Saturdays, and December dates – Firstsite reserves the right to reduce the discount to 25%.
The applicable discount will be confirmed at the point of booking.
2. Minimum spend
A minimum spend applies after the discount has been applied:
- Weekdays (Monday–Thursday): £1,000
- Fridays and Saturdays: £2,000
- Sundays: £1,500
Bookings that do not meet the minimum spend requirement will not be accepted.
3. Scope of discount
The discount applies to venue hire charges only.
It does not extend to catering, AV/technical equipment, staffing, furniture, or additional services, which will be charged at standard rates.
4. Booking conditions
All venue hire is subject to availability and must comply with Firstsite’s standard Venue Hire Terms & Conditions.
A signed booking agreement and deposit will be required to secure the date.
Cancellation policies apply as outlined in the Venue Hire Terms.
5. General
Firstsite reserves the right to review, amend, or withdraw this discount offer at any time, with reasonable notice provided to Corporate Partners.
Continued eligibility for the discount is dependent on Corporate Partners maintaining their sponsorship contributions in good standing.
Firstsite’s decision on the application of these Terms & Conditions shall be final.
