This ambient sound piece features domestic sounds recorded by members of Firstsite’s young-people peer-led group, YAK (Young Art Kommunity), and CLIP (an experimental sound and music collective run by Frazer Merrick and based at Firstsite) – along with young people from groups from Sunderland Culture (Celebrate Different Collective) and Newlyn Art Gallery (SEEN Collective).

Be transported by sound as you travel through the different rooms of a house, mirroring the journey you may take throughout a typical day.

Created as part of ‘House Share’, Firstsite’s Arts Council Collection National Partners Programme Exhibition.
