You’ll join a friendly, collaborative team that genuinely cares about what we do and shares our vision of Making art matter. You’ll help develop a positive culture and high standards across our Visitor Experience team and volunteers, ensuring people feel supported and empowered to deliver consistently excellent experiences.

You’ll also have the opportunity to develop creative visitor activations and engagement initiatives, helping us find new ways to encourage people to explore, participate and connect with what Firstsite has to offer.

If you’re passionate about people, enjoy creating great experiences and want to make a real difference to how our community engages with art and culture, we’d love to hear from you.
