Cancellation policy for art workshops, courses, clubs and classes from June 2023

It is not the policy of Firstsite to offer a refund on tickets for art workshops, courses or classes if a change of circumstances, including illness or personal or professional reasons, prevents you from attending a session. 

We may exchange tickets where there are multiple sessions of the same class or workshop, but this is at our discretion and requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. This may be subject to an administration fee.

If the named art tutor is unable to run a session, we will attempt to find a substitute tutor or we will arrange a replacement session, if this is not possible you will be refunded in full. If a session is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances and cannot be rearranged, you will be refunded in full.

If Firstsite has to cancel a workshop, course or class less than 48 hours before the start time due to circumstances outside its control (extreme weather conditions/force majeure) we are unable to offer a refund.
