Holi festival is celebrated with great enthusiasm across India, with various regions having their unique traditions and customs.

It is a time for forgiveness, renewal of relationships, and community bonding, making it one of the most vibrant and joyous festivals in the Hindu calendar.

Celebrate and welcome spring at the Holi Festival – organised by the Colchester Indian Association.

Enjoy Bollywood music and have fun throwing colours. The safe bio-degradable powder colour will be sold on the site.

Delicious Vegetarian street food will also be available to buy.

The festival will be held outdoors so please wear suitable clothing.
