Engagement Assistant – Holiday Fun – fixed-term to end Nov 2027

Colchester, Essex

£ 9,295 gross per annum

PART TIME – 1 DAY PER WEEK
Flexibility to cover weekends/Bank Holidays/evenings if required

Fixed-term Contract: until Nov 2027

 

We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Engagement Assistant to support our Holiday Fun programme, which provides free creative activities, sports sessions, and meals for children and families during school holidays.

Working with the Children, Young People & Families Programme Manager, you will help plan and deliver outreach activities, build relationships with schools and community organisations, coordinate programme administration, and support delivery of activities during school holidays.


We are looking for someone with:

• Experience supporting community programmes, events or activities
• Experience of working with children, young people and families
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong administration and IT skills
• A proactive, flexible, and inclusive approach
• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
